Did Youtube stop working on your Elemental television?
CRA is investigating claims that the Youtube app on Elemental televisions has stopped working in 2017. The reason, apparently, is that Elemental and Youtube decided not to update their televisions to provide consumers with this functionality…even though customers paid hundreds of dollars for their smart tvs. In many cases, the Youtube feature is one of the main reasons that people bought a smart tv. Given the high cost of Elemental televisions, it is unfair (and arguably illegal) for Samsung to simply stop supporting the Youtube feature. If this happened to you, we’d like to hear from you.
