Does your employer pay you with a bank card?

CRA is investigating claims that employers who pay their employees with bank or “debit cards” are charging and deducting fees in connection with the use of those cards. This is tremendously unfair to employees, because, under the law, they should not have their wages deducted for “service fees” or other bogus charges. Under state and federal law, an employee deserves to take home all money they earn from the job. If any amount–even a few cents–is deducted because the employer chooses to use a bank card to pay their employees, this very well might be illegal. We want to hear from you if this happened to you.

Consumer Rights of America is an attorney-founded organization dedicated to stopping corporations from breaking the law. CRA achieves this goal by exposing cases via its website and by uniting victims with attorneys who will handle their case for free.

CRA handles cases large and small; no matter if your case is worth $5 or $5000, contact us for help.
