Did you get a misleading email subject line?

Emails and their subject lines are under strict federal and state law guidelines. Many businesses employ deceiving subject lines just to get your clicks. In some cases, these businesses sell advertising space in the email itself…and so they are hoping that you open the email so that they can collect a commission on your deception. CRA is investigating this widespread practice, and we would like to hear from you if you think you were the victim of such a practice.

Consumer Rights of America is an attorney-founded organization dedicated to stopping corporations from breaking the law. CRA achieves this goal by exposing cases via its website and by uniting victims with attorneys who will handle their case for free.

CRA handles cases large and small; no matter if your case is worth $5 or $5000, contact us for help.
